For too long, women’s sports have been overlooked.
Every four years, brands flock to support the U.S. Women’s National Team
during the World Cup — then vanish.

Budweiser wanted to do more than just show up every four years.
So we became the First Official Beer Sponsor of the NWSL.

We launched a film that sparked nationwide conversation—
an anthem telling the women’s league we won’t stop watching.

Our research revealed the reality: women players earned 19x less than men,
and MLS had 8x more sponsors than the women’s league.
As one of only three NWSL sponsors, Budweiser knew that to
close the pay gap, we first had to tackle the sponsorship gap.

A campaign that brought in SIX new sponsors for the NWSL, sparked ongoing dialogue, and began closing the sponsorship gap — paving the way to close the pay gap, and increased salaries by 19.3%.
